Two musicians with a feel for the room
Jan & Jentschi
We have shared the stage for more than twenty years. Jan plays keyboards and sings; Jentschi provides the groove on drums – and the reassuring certainty that at least one of us is keeping time.
We want your guests to feel at ease – while you enjoy your own evening.
Depending on the occasion, Jentschi plays an acoustic or digital drum kit. The digital kit is ideal in smaller rooms: a full, lively drum sound at precisely controlled volume – genuinely quiet and unobtrusive when required.
And when the party takes off, it can sound suitably full: our LD MAUI systems deliver powerful, balanced sound that carries the dance floor without shouting at the room.
From the first conversation to the final song, communication stays straightforward and the music stays flexible.

For larger events or a special musical accent, we can expand the duo with selected musicians from our trusted network. Line-up and schedule remain coordinated through one point of contact.

Sometimes relaxed and atmospheric, sometimes sociable and distinctly northern German: both programmes work as a complete evening or as a characterful addition to the duo.

A reflective evening of warm accordion sounds, modern melodies and beautiful ballads – atmospheric, elegant and pleasantly unobtrusive.
Programme 2
Maritime & together
Shanties and maritime favourites for a sociable atmosphere. Lyrics are provided by QR code on guests’ phones or, if preferred, in a printed booklet – so the whole room can sing along.
Scan the QR code, open the lyrics – and join in with the next chorus.

Technical information, simply explained.
Most requirements are straightforward. If the room is larger, the garden wider or the nearest socket farther away, we clarify it in advance – not five minutes before the first note.
What do you need indoors?
Ideally, we need a performance area at least 4 m wide and 1.5 m deep. A standard 230 V / 16 A power supply is sufficient. We coordinate the connection and cable route with you or the venue in advance.
What do you need outdoors?
For outdoor performances, we need at least 4 m of width and 2.5 m of depth on a level, stable, clean and dry area. A wind- and rain-proof cover, a standard 230 V / 16 A power supply and basic controllable stage lighting are also essential.
Is the technical setup also suitable for larger groups?
For events of up to 150 guests, we bring suitable sound and lighting. For larger events, we arrange additional sound reinforcement and lighting.

Frequently asked questions
Here are the most important answers in advance. We will clarify everything else personally – simply and in a way that suits your celebration.
How early should we enquire?
We schedule dates up to a year ahead. Long-term enquiries are therefore very welcome – and we are always happy to check any short-notice openings.
How long do you play?
We usually accompany an event for four to six hours. For longer family celebrations, we can play for up to seven hours by arrangement – with a schedule that keeps enough energy for the whole evening.
What happens during breaks?
Atmosphere does not take a break. We provide well-matched music for reception, dinner and dancing, and can set the right mood even before our first live set.
How much space do you need?
Indoors, we ideally need at least 4 m of width and 1.5 m of depth, plus a standard 230 V / 16 A power supply. You can find the requirements for outdoor events and larger groups in the technical information.
Can you adapt the volume and programme during the evening?
Of course. We usually work with three musical and technical scenarios: reception, dinner and dancing. Volume, dynamics and repertoire evolve with the evening – never against it.
How does a combination with a DJ or other musicians work?
Live music and a DJ work especially well together: we open the evening, the DJ covers breaks and later carries the long party night. For family celebrations, the band can open the dance floor before the DJ takes the evening on. We can also integrate a saxophonist, percussionist or female vocalist through our network.
