2. Website access and server log files
When you access this website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data. This may include your IP address, date and time, requested file, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. Processing serves the secure and stable provision of the website and error analysis. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data is deleted when no longer required for these purposes, unless statutory retention duties or specific security incidents require otherwise.
3. Contacting us
If you contact us by email or telephone, we process in particular your contact details, the content of your message and the event information needed to deal with your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual matters; otherwise, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the proper handling of your enquiry and business communication.
We delete enquiry data once the enquiry has been fully dealt with and no further retention is required. If a contract is concluded, data may be retained for longer in accordance with statutory commercial and tax retention periods.
4. YouTube videos using a two-click solution
This website embeds videos from YouTube. The provider in Europe is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Before you expressly select “Load video”, no connection to the YouTube player is made. Only after you click is a player loaded via youtube-nocookie.com. In particular, your IP address, device and browser information, and information about the page accessed may then be transmitted to Google. If you are logged into Google, Google may associate your use with your account.
The video is loaded on the basis of your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where information is stored on or read from your device, section 25(1) TDDDG. Consent applies to the individual video you click. Once activated, Google may store or access further information on your device. Reloading the page disables the player again; any consent given can also be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. Processing in countries outside the EU or EEA, in particular the USA, cannot be ruled out. More information is available in Google’s Privacy Policy.
5. Locally hosted fonts and media
Fonts, images and design elements used on this website are loaded locally from our own web server. No connection to a font provider is established.
6. Cookies and audience measurement
This website does not use analytics, marketing or audience-measurement services. Non-essential third-party content is loaded only after your active selection. Therefore, no general consent banner is used for the current functionality.
7. Recipients of data
Recipients of personal data may include the hosting provider commissioned to operate this website and, once you actively allow a video to load, Google Ireland Limited and companies affiliated with Google. In the course of business communication, data may also be shared with carefully selected service providers, professional advisers or public authorities where this is necessary to perform a contract, comply with legal obligations or protect our rights.
8. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability.
